What the report looks like
One page per area of the roof, each with photos and a one-line verdict. The last page says one of three things:
- No action. The storm left marks but nothing that will leak. We note the roof's age and the years it likely has left.
- Repair. A list of the items, a fixed price for all of them, and a date we can do it.
- Claim. The damage count passes the threshold insurers use. We explain the claim process and the next step is your call, not ours.
No one from Stormline will knock on your door after a storm. If someone does, they are not us.
